摘要
目的:建立测定米酒中β-苯乙醇的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:应用高效液相色谱,C18色谱柱,以甲醇+水(55+45)为流动相,流速1.0 ml/min。二极管阵列检测器在210 nm波长下测定吸收值。结果:线性范围0.5μg/ml~50μg/ml,相关系数r=0.9999,最低检出浓度0.02μg/ml,三个浓度水平的样品加标回收率为95.2%~96.9%,相对标准偏差RSD均<3.0%。结论:该方法线性范围宽,相关性好,精密度高,准确度好,特异性强。
Objective:To establish a new method for determination of β-phenylethanol in rice wine by HPLC.Methods: The separation was carried on an C18 column by using the mobile phase consisting of CH3OH+H2O(55+45).The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The absorption value was carried out by DAD using the wavelength of ultraviolet detector at 210 nm.Results: The linearity was obtained over the range of 0.5 μg/ml^50 μg/ml,the correlation coefficient was 0.9999,the limit of detection was 0.02 μg/ml,the recoveries of three concentration levels were between 95.2%~96.9% and RSD was less than the reference value 3.0%.Conclusion: This method has good accuracy and precision,wide linear range,good correlation and specificity,which is suitable for the determination of β-phenylethanol in rice wine.
