白细胞形态识别能力分析

The ability analysis of clinical laboratorian in deferential leukocyte count

目的:保证血细胞形态学检验工作的准确性,减少漏检,更好的为临床服务。方法:按照《中华人民共和国卫生行业标准白细胞分类计数参考方法》要求,参加检验的人员每人观察10张血涂片,每张血涂片做200个白细胞分类计数,并与具备资格的检验人员计数结果进行比较分析。结果:参加本次研究的8名工作人员,对中性分叶核粒细胞、中性杆状核粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞形态识别较好,符合中华人民共和国卫生行业标准的要求,均在95%可信区间范围内,对有核红细胞、幼稚细胞、异型淋巴细胞的形态识别方面略有欠缺,经过培训后,再次比对全部符合要求。结论:检验人员必须加强细胞形态辨认的基本功训练,不断提高专业技术能力。

Objective：To ensure the accuracy of blood cell morphology inspection,reduce misdiagnosis,and provide better service for clinic.Methods： According to ＂Reference leukocyte differential count method,Health industry standard of PRC＂,10 blood smears were observed by 8 staff in this study,and 200 leukocytes in per blood smears were collected and detected for blood cell deferential count by microscope respectively.The detection results of these 8 staff and qualified inspectors were conducted comparative analysis.Results： The recognitions on the neutrophilic segmented granulocyte,neutrophilic granulocyte band forms,lymphocytes,monocyte,eosinophils among the 8 staff,who involved in this study,are in line with the requirements of Health industry standards of PRC,which were all in the 95% confidence interval range.But they were a slight lack in shape recognition of hemonormoblast,juvenile cell,atypical lymphocyte.After training,all meet the requirements.Conclusion： The clinical laboratorian must strengthen the basic skills training of cell morphology,continue to improve professional and technical capabilities.
