摘要
目的:为了解海虾中创伤弧菌的污染状况及其季节性变化规律。方法:从舟山市区的三大菜场采集市售的114份海虾样品进行创伤弧菌的定性及定量分析。结果:114份样品,共检出24株创伤弧菌,总体阳性率为21.1%。2月份和5月份检出率相对较低,为3.6%和7.7%;8月份的检出率为56.7%,11月份的检出率为13.3%。四个季度的检出率差别有统计学意义(χ2=31.91,P<0.01)。结论:创伤弧菌在一年四季都存在着潜在的危险,而在夏季被感染的机率明显上升。
Objective:To understand the Vibrio vulnificus pollution in sea shrimp and its seasonal variation.Methods: 114 sea shrimp samples were collected for qualitative and quantitative analysis of Vibrio vulnificus from three major food markets in Zhoushan.Results: There were 24 strains of Vibrio vulnificus in 114 samples,the total positive rate was 21.1%.Detection rates were relatively low in February and May,which were 3.6% and 7.7% respectively;Detection rates were 56.7% and 13.3% in August and November respectively.The difference of the detection rates in four quarters has statistical significance(χ2=31.91,P0.01).Conclusion:There is a potential risk about Vibrio vulnificus in four seasons of a year.And in summer,the rate of infection rised obviously.
