疾控机构压力蒸汽灭菌设备监测结果与分析

Surveillance and analysis of pressure steam sterilization equipment in CDC

目的:为查找压力蒸汽灭菌法在消毒灭菌时存在的问题和不足。方法:自2009年-2010年两年来对社旗县疾病预防控制中心两种共5台压力蒸汽灭菌器连续进行生物和化学监测。结果:生物监测240次,合格率为95.83%,化学监测722次,合格率为75.76%。结论:生物监测结果远未达到《消毒技术规范》要求的灭菌保证水平10-6,说明在应用压力蒸汽灭菌法进行消毒灭菌时仍需加强管理,注重监测,提高合格率;化学监测结果与生物监测结果存在不一致,且化学指示卡法受不明因素影响大,在实际应用中效果仍不理想。

Objective：To find the problems and shortages of pressure steam sterilization equipment in the process of sterilization in CDC.Methods： From 2009 to 2010,a total of five pressure steam sterilizers in two kinds were conducted continuous chemical and biological monitoring.Results： The results showed that 240 biological monitoring were completed with pass rate of 95.83%,and 722 chemical monitoring were completed with pass rate of 75.76%.Conclusion： Biological monitoring result was far short of the sterility assurance level of 10-6 required in ＂Technical standards for disinfection＂,which showed that application of pressure steam sterilization method should be strengthened on management and surveillance to improve the pass rate.Chemical monitoring result was different from that of biological monitoring.Chemical index card was seriously influenced by unclear factors,so the effect of practical application was not satisfactory.
