化妆品过敏患者全血与致敏物中铬的相关性分析

Correlation analysis of chromium contents in whole blood and cosmetics of patients with cosmetic contact dermatitis

摘要 目的:为了解化妆品中铬产生的危害性,对疑似化妆品接触性皮炎患者血样和接触物进行铬含量分析,探讨两者相关性。方法:临床确诊36名化妆品接触性皮炎患者发病期静脉血和可疑化妆品130份,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测铬含量,用SPSS 15.0进行统计分析。结果:44.6%(58/130)的化妆品和22%(8/36)患者接触的26份化妆品未检出铬;78%(28/36)过敏患者一次性同时接触含铬化妆品1份~6份,铬含量范围0.009 mg/kg~36 mg/kg;患者全血中铬含量在1.0 ng/ml~72 ng/ml,为正常范围内;过敏患者全血与其接触化妆品中的铬含量两者间相关系数r=-0.054,(P>0.05)。4例血铬阴性者接触的16例化妆品中铬阴性。结论:化妆品过敏患者全血与可疑化妆品中铬含量无明显相关关系。化妆品中的铬可能是78%过敏患者的致敏原。 Objective:To find the hazard caused by chromium to the patients with cosmetic contact dermatitis and analyze the correlation of chromium contents in whole blood and cosmetics of these patients.Methods: 36 patients with cosmetic contact dermatitis were chosen randomly,samples of their venous blood and suspect cosmetics were extracted and collected.Microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was used to detect the chromium contents in blood and cosmetics and SPSS 15.0 was used to analyze the results.Results: The chromium was negative in 44.6% of the cosmetics(58/130) and 22% of the patients(8/36) who had contacted 26 cosmetic samples.78%(28/36) of the patients used 1~6 cosmetics which contained chromium at the same time and the chromium contents were 0.009 mg/kg^36 mg/kg.The chromium contents in whole blood of the patients were 1.0 ng/ml^72 ng/ml within the normal range.The related coefficient of chromium contents in whole blood and cosmetics of cosmetic contact dermatitis patients was-0.054(r=-0.054,P 0.05).Chromium was not detected in the whole blood of four patients and their 16 cosmetics.Conclusion: There was no obvious correlation between chromium contents in whole blood and cosmetics of cosmetic contact dermatitis patients.Chromium in cosmetics was the allergen of 78% of the patients.
