摘要
目的:了解我院重症监护室(ICU)2006年-2010年革兰阴性菌的分布和耐药情况。方法:细菌由VITEK全自动鉴定仪鉴定,采用纸片扩散法(K-B法)进行药敏试验。结果:1639株革兰阴性菌中,前4位分别为A.baumanii占26.1%,P.aeruginosa占16.2%,K.pneumomiae占15.0%,E.coli占11.3%,产ESBLs的K.pneumomiae和E.coli的检出率分别为36.2%和62.9%。结论:ICU患者以呼吸道多重耐药非发酵菌感染为主。
Objective:To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of Gram-negative bacteria in the department of ICU in our hospital for improving the management and proper clinical utilization.Methods: The bacteria isolates were identified by VITEK automatic analyzer,Kirby-Bauer method was used for drug sensitivity test.Results: In 1639 strains of Gram negative bacteria,the above four bacteria were A.baumanii(26.1%),P.aeruginosa(16.2%),K.pneumomiae(15.0%) and E.coli(11.3%).The detection rate of K.pneumomiae and E coli producing ESBLs were 36.2% and 62.9% respectively.Conclusion: Among the ICU patients,the majority were respiratory tract infection caused by multi-resistance nonfermenters.
