美宝治疗颜面部Ⅱ度烧伤临床分析

Clinical experience of MEBO for treating second-degree facial burn

目的:总结美宝(Exposed Burn Ointment,MEBO)湿润暴露疗法治疗颜面部浅度(Ⅱ度)烧伤的疗效。方法:对我院收治的颜面部Ⅱ度烧伤患者120例,全部采用湿润暴露疗法治疗。结果:120例患者创面全部愈合,未留有瘢痕,无感染并发症。结论:MEBO湿润暴露疗法治疗颜面部Ⅱ度烧伤方法简单,疗效显著,适于基层医院推广(应用)。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment（MEBO） in treating second-degree facial burn.Methods：120 cases of facial burn collected from Jan.2006 to Dec.2009 were treated with MEBO.Results：All of the 120 cases were healed without superficial scar and infection.Conclusion：MEBO has advantages of simple operation and significant efficacy in treating second-degree facial burns,and is worthy to be popularized in grassroot hospitals.
