超激光联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨超激光联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗盆腔炎的疗效。方法:将我院门诊治疗的慢性盆腔炎80例患者随机分为两组,各40例。对照组,给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,给予口服桂枝茯苓胶囊,每次3粒,每天3次,饭后服用,超激光照射下腹部压痛点为主,照射治疗每天1次,14 d为1疗程,以上治疗于月经期间停止治疗。结果:观察组和对照组痊愈率分别为55%和20%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超激光联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎效果优于常规西药治疗,可推广应用。 Objective:To study the effect of combined superlizer irradiation and Guizhi Fuling Capsule(GFC) on chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases.Methods:80 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases were randomly divided into 2 groups,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine medication for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.On the base of treatment in the control group,the treatment group was given GFC after meal,3 capsules per time,3 times daily,superlizer irradiation was performed on the diseased region,once daily,14 d as a treatment course.The above treatment was stopped during menstruation.Results:The cured rate was 55% in the treatment group and 20% in the control group with statistical difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:Combined therapy of superlizer and Guizhi Fuling Capsule is superior to the routine Western medication in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases.
