血清白蛋白及外周血血小板改变与恙虫病病情轻重关系的分析

Analysis on relation between change of serum albumin and peripheral platelet with severity of tsutsugamushi disease

目的:探讨恙虫病病情与血清白蛋白及外周血血小板改变的关系。方法:收集我院59例恙虫病患者资料,观察血清白蛋白与外周血血小板的改变,分析二者改变与恙虫病病情的关系。结果:46例有血清白蛋白不同程度下降,39例外周血血小板不同程度下降,7例病情重患者二者均下降明显。结论:恙虫病并血清白蛋白与外周血血小板的下降较常见,且二者改变与恙虫病病情轻重有一定的相关性。

Objective：To study the relation between the severity of tsutsugamushi disease with the change of serum albumin and peripheral platelet.Methods：The data on 59 cases of tsutsugamushi disease in our hospital from June 2010 to August 2011 were collected for observing the change of serum albumin and peripheral platelet and analyzing the relation between their changes with the severity of tsutsugamushi disease.Results：Serum albumin was reduced to different degrees in 46 cases,peripheral platelet was decreased to different degrees in 39 cases and both were obviously reduced in 7 severed cases.Conclusion：Serum albumin and peripheral platelet are usually decreased in tsutsugamushi disease and their change reveals the relativity with the severity of tsutsugamushi disease.
