摘要
从教学能力的性质和教学能力的构成两个方面对普遍性的教学能力进行总结。以普遍的一般的教学能力为根基,与护理学科的特殊性能力相结合,以教学前、教学中、教学后的时间顺序为线索,构建出了教学方案设计能力,教学操作能力,反思评价能力,综合能力共四个方面的护理专职教师的教学能力,并对每个方面的能力进行了更细致的划分共27项护理教学能力。为护理专职教师的教学能力的培养培训打下基础。
The general teaching ability is summarized in two aspects of the nature and the composition of the teaching ability.With the general teaching ability as the foundation,combined with the particularity ability of nursing subject and with teaching time order before class,during class,and after class as clue,the four aspects in teaching ability of full-time nursing teachers are constructed,i.e.,teaching program design capabilities,teaching operating capability,reflective evaluation capability and comprehensive capabilities.The ability in each aspect is more detailed for dividing into total 27 nursing teaching abilities,which lay the foundation for training teaching ability of full-time nursing teachers.
