互联网药品市场主体信用管理体系研究

摘要 目的为加强和完善互联网市场主体信用管理体系提供参考。方法从信用法律法规、互联网药品市场主体认证、信用评价体系和对客户的保障4个方面探讨了如何加强互联网药品市场主体的信用管理,设计了一种基于PKI的CA认证体系,确定了信用评价指标。结果与结论针对现有的信用评价模型存在的问题构建了互联网药品市场主体信用评价模型,通过仿真实验验证了该模型的有效性,为互联网药品企业的信用管理提供了量化手段。 Objective It was provided a reference for strengthening and perfecting the credit management of Internet based drug market participants.Methods This paper discusses how to strengthen the credit management of Internet based drug market participants from 4 aspects: the credit related laws and regulations,certification of Internet based drug market participants,credit evaluation system and the guaranteeing extent to customers,designs a CA system based on PKI,determines credit evaluation indexes,and builds the credit evaluation model of Internet based drug market participants to resolve the existing problems of current credit evaluation models.Results and Conclusion The model is validated through a simulation experiment,which provides a more effectively quantitative means for the credit management of Internet based drug market participants.
