临床不合理用药现状分析及医院对策研究

Clinical Status Analysis of Irrational Drug Use and the Hospital Strategy

目的探讨医院不合理用药的应对策略。方法对2200例出院病历进行回顾性分析,根据临床用药原则,对照病人临床表现等,查找医嘱中的不合理用药现象,并进行汇总、分类。结果临床不合理用药现象比较普遍,占被调查病例的21.6%。结论医院应制定相应的制度,从根本上减少不合理用药现象的发生。

Objective Investigate strategies on irrational use of drugs in hospital.Methods From 2200 cases of patients discharged from hospital,medical records were reviewed,according to the principles of clinical medicine,clinical performance,and so in on,find,summarize and classify the irrational use of drugs for doctors.Results The phenomenon of irrational use of drugs is relatively common,as high as 21.6%.Conclusion The hospital should develop appropriate coping strategies in order to radically reduce the irrational use of drugs.
