非小细胞肺癌微转移的检测及临床意义进展研究 被引量:2

摘要 肿瘤微转移是引起肿瘤复发和转移的主要原因,也是分子诊断分期的重要依据。肺癌微转移的研究范围包括淋巴结微转移、骨髓微转移、外周血微转移及胸膜腔微转移。检测非小细胞肺癌微转移,对非小细胞肺癌患者的准确分期、治疗方案的选择、手术方案的确定、化疗效果的及时评估和预后预测都起着非常重要的作用。
