摘要
目的探讨应用案例分析法在进行培训,提高低年资护士评判性思维能力的效果。方法对80名参加工作4年内的低年资护士进行案例分析培训。分别在培训前后,采用评判性思维能力测量表(CTDZ-CL)对其评判性思维能力进行评价。结果案例分析培训实施后,护士的评判性思维素质和总分均有不同积极的提高,与培训前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论案例分析培训能提高低年资护士评判性思维能力是一种非常好的在职培训方法。
Objective To explore the effect of case analysis method in training critical thinking of junior nurses. Methods A case analysis training program was provided for 80 junior nurses which were investigated with the Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory Chinese version (ctdi--cv) before and after training. Results After the training, the total score and factor score of critical thinking for junior nurses were significantly improved (P 〈 0.01). Conclusions It is an ideal method for case analysis training to improve the critical thinking disposition of junior nurses.
