腹腔镜下用电钩切除直肠癌14例临床体会

Under Laparoscope Resecting Rectal Carcinoma of 14 Cases by Using Electric Hook：Clinical Experience

为探讨腹腔镜下应用电钩行直肠癌手术的可行性，回顾分析2009年8～12月腹腔镜下用电钩切除的14例直肠癌患者资料。结果显示，14例患者手术均顺利完成，平均手术时间为（160±40）min，平均出血量为（60±20）ml，术后住院时间7～16d，平均费用15000元，术后无肠道并发症。结果表明，腹腔镜下应用电钩行直肠癌手术安全可行，手术时间短，术中出血少，且费用低。

In order to probe into the feasibility of the procedure（under laparoscope by using electric hook） for resecting rectal carcinoma, authors retrospectively analysed the data from the 14 patients with rectal carcinoma（from Aug. 2009 to Dec. 2009 yr. ） who had been subjected to this procedure. As results,the op- eration of the 14 patients were all performed smoothly,average operative time was （160±40） min,average bleeding volume was （60± 20） ml,postoperative hospitalization duration was 7-16 days, average treatment cost was RMB 15 000 Yuan,no intestinal complication was found. Results show that above-mentioned pro- cedure for resecting rectal carcinoma by using electric hook is safe and feasible with its operative time being shorter, intraoperative bleeding less, treatment cost low.
