外切内扎加保留皮桥术治疗环状混合痔93例临床观察

External Resection ＆ Internal Ligation plus Saving Skin Bridge in the Treatment Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids：A Clinical Observation of 93 Cases

为探索治疗环状混合痔的理想术式，笔者采用外切内扎加保留皮桥术治疗环状混合痔93例。结果显示，93例患者均一次性治愈，术后无肛门狭窄等后遗症。随访1年，成功随访71例，均无复发。结果表明，外切内扎加保留皮桥术是一种治疗环状混合痔的理想术式，其根治彻底，远期疗效好。

In order to search for an ideal procedure for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids, authors adopted the procedure of external resection ~ internal ligation plus saving skin bridge to treat 93 cases of this dis- ease. As results, the 93 cases were all cured primarily, no postoperative anus stenosis etc. sequel were found;71 cases who achieved success follow-up of 1 year did not have recurrence. Results show that above- mentioned procedure for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids is an ideal one, which can thoroughly cure this disease, and has better long-term therapeutic effect.
