PPH治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂的护理体会及预防措施

Perioperative Nursing on the Internal Mucosa Prolapse of Rectum Treated with PPH and Prevention Care Measurements for this＇ Disease

为提高PPH治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂的护理水平，回顾分析我院行PPH治疗的104例直肠黏膜内脱垂患者的资料及护理经过，总结直肠黏膜内脱垂患者行PPH治疗的疗效及护理经验，并针对好发人群探讨本病的预防保健措施。结果显示，本组治愈102例，好转2例，治愈率98．08％。术后无大出血、肛门失禁、吻合口狭窄及吻合口漏等并发症及后遗症发生。随访12个月，均无复发。结果表明，经过综合性的术后护理措施，PPH治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂效果好，患者痛苦小，术后并发症少，恢复快，患者满意。做好好发人群的预防保健，可有效防止本病复发及降低发生率。

In order to enhance the level of nursing on the patient with internal mucosa prolapse of rectum treated with PPH,authors retrospectively analysed the data from the 104 patients admitted in authors＂ hos- pital,and nursing course for them,so that sum the nursing experience and their therapeutic effect,as well as to search for prevention care measures of this disease according to susceptible population. Results showed that among the 104 cases, 102 were cured,2 improved,thus the curative rate was 98.08~ ;after op- eration no massive bleeding,anus incontinence, stoma stenosis and leakage, etc. complications and sequel were found;follow-up of 12 months did not find recurrence case. Results show that through postoperative combined nursing, the patients with internal mucosa prolapse of rectum received PPH can obtain better therapeutic effect,less postoperative complication,their pain is less and of faster recovery,in a word,out- come is satisfactory;At same time, better taking preventive care measurement with susceptible population can effectively prevent from recurrence and decrease incidence of this disease
