《针灸甲乙经》学术思想及针灸治疗癫痫的探究

针灸疗法是祖国医学的重要组成部分,在癫痫的治疗中发挥着巨大的作用,皇甫谧的《针灸甲乙经》是中国现存最早的针灸学专著,也是一部比较系统完善的针灸学著作,书中对癫痫的发病、病机、治疗、腧穴有着较为详细的记载,本文对《针灸甲乙经》的学术思想作了简单的论述,探讨了《针灸甲乙经》中癫痫的病因病机、针灸治疗以及治疗规律,以期更好地应用于临床癫痫的治疗。

Acupuncture-moxibustion therapy is the important constituent part of traditional Chinese medicine,and it has a positive function to treat epilepsy.A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion is the earliest existing works dealing exclusively with acupuncture and moxibustion,and it is also a systematic and perfect monograph on acupuncture and moxibustion.There are detailed records about etiology,pathogenesis,treatment and acupoints in the book.In this text,the academic thought,etiology,pathogenesis and treatment from A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion are discussed in order to better applied to clinical treatment for epilepsy.
