油菜对铜胁迫的生理响应及铜在茎杆和籽粒中的富集特征 被引量:5

摘要 以秦优九号为材料,通过盆栽试验研究了0、50、100、200、400mg/kg铜处理对油菜生长、产量、矿质元素含量的影响及铜在茎杆和籽粒中的富集特征。结果表明,低质量浓度(50mg/kg)铜处理,在一定程度上刺激了油菜的生长,植株的生物量、产量和矿质元素含量等指标均略高于对照或与对照相当,但差异不显著。随着土壤中铜浓度的继续增大,植株的生物量、光合速率、产量、矿质元素含量、株高和主花序长等指标均较对照显著下降,而一次分枝数变化不明显。油菜地上部不同器官对铜的富集特征差异显著,总体上呈现茎杆>籽粒的趋势。 Effects of different copper concentration(0,50,100,200,400 mg/kg) on the growth,yield,mineral elements contents and enrichment characteristics of copper in stem and seeds of rape(B.napus cv.Qinyou 9) were studied in a pot culture experiment.Compared with the control,low copper level(50 mg/kg) stimulated the rape growth to some extent,the plant biomass,yield and mineral elements contents were slightly higher or equivalent to CK,but their difference was not significant.With the increasing of copper concentration in soil,the plant biomass,photosynthetic rate,yield,mineral elements contents,height and main inflorescence length all decreased obviously,while the change of first branch number was no significant.The copper enrichment characteristics of above-ground organs of rape showed significant difference.In general,copper concentration in stem was higher than that in seeds.
