摘要
分析了A/O—膜生物反应器(MBR)工艺在某污水处理厂出水提标改造中的应用可行性。结果表明,利用A/O—MBR工艺对某污水处理厂出水进行提标改造后,除TP外,出水COD、NH4+-N、TN指标符合《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002)一级A标准,应对出水再采用一定的强化除磷措施(如投加化学除磷药剂等);在投加碳源后,MBR内污泥混合液挥发性悬浮固体(MLVSS)质量分数由40%提高到了65%,TN去除率也随之提高。实际运用中,在接种污泥的MLVSS较低时,可在试验开始阶段通过投加碳源等方式对污泥进行驯化,使MLVSS保持在70%~80%,以达到较好的运行效果。
The application feasibility of A/O-MBR process for upgrading and transformation of wastewater treatment plant(WWTP) was analyzed in this paper.The lab scale experiment results showed that A/O-MBR process presented better performance than CASS for pollutant removal,the COD,NH+4-N and TN of ultimate effluent were qualified to standard A of discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB 18918-2002).Some enhanced phosphorous removal measures,such as adding chemical agent,should be applied after MBR process to reduce the effluent TP.After adding carbon source to MBR,the mixed liquor volatile suspended solids(MLVSS) of sludge was increased from 40% to 65%,the TN removal rate was also increased correspondingly.In practical application,MLVSS of inoculation sludge was relatively low,so carbon source should be added in the beginning of the experiment to domesticate the sludge,when MLVSS maintained at 70%-80%,A/O-MBR process could achieve perfect treatment performance.
