摘要
电子厂房空调系统需要全年供冷,在冬季,利用冷却塔自然供冷可以节约冷水机组的运行能耗,其节能潜力较为可观。本文针对上海地区某电子厂房空调系统,分析了冷却塔间接供冷方式下供水温度、冷却塔及板式换热器效率对自然供冷率的影响。通过自然供冷率的对比,分析系统的节能潜力。研究结果表明,在12月到3月四个月内采用冷却塔自然供冷,可以取得明显的节能效果。同时,冷冻水的供水温度、冷却塔及板式换热器效率对自然供冷率有较大的影响,合适的系统设计是冷却塔自然供冷节能应用的关键。
Free cooling is an efficient way to save the energy use of chiller. For the air conditioning system, which only has cooling load in the whole year, cooling tower can be used for free cooling in winter. The air conditioning system of an electronic factory building located in Shanghai is selected, and free cooling ratio of cooling tower is used to evaluate the capacity of free cooling and potential of energy saving by analyzing the effect of the different supply chilled water temperature, efficiency of cooling tower and plate heat exchanger. The results show that there is significant energy saving for use of flee cooling of cooling tower, and suitable design of supply chilled water temperature, efficiency of cooling tower and plate heat exchanger is the key of energy saving for the application of free cooling of cooling tower.
