用磁力紧实铁丸提高壳型刚度

摘要 球墨铸铁铸件因其特有的凝固特点要求采用高刚度的铸型生产。覆砂铁型的刚度虽然满足要求,但有生产线灵活性差、排气困难以及工作环境温度高等缺点;壳型铸造避免了上述缺点,但刚度不足。为提高壳型的刚度,其外侧采用铁丸支撑,并采用磁力使铁丸紧实;此法使壳型仍保持良好的透气性,且生产线的灵活性也得以提高。 High rigidity mould is required to produce nodular iron castings due to their peculiar solidification characteristics.The sand-faced iron mould could meet the rigidity requirement,but has shortages such as the poor flexibility of production line,difficult gas-venting,high environment temperature etc.The shell mould doesn't have above mentioned shortages,however its rigidity couldn't meet the requirement.In order to increase the rigidity of the shell mould,the iron pills were used to support the outer side of the shell mould and the magnetic force was adopted to compact the iron pills.By such way,the shell mould still keeps its good permeability,and the production line is also flexible.
