Skp2、p27在宫颈癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘要 [目的]探讨Skp2、p27在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。[方法]应用免疫组化法检测50例宫颈癌、25例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)和10例正常宫颈组织中Skp2、p27的表达。[结果]Skp2在宫颈癌组织、CIN和正常宫颈组织中的表达率分别为86.00%(43/50)、68.00%(17/25)和30.00%(3/10),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。p27在宫颈癌组织、CIN和正常宫颈组织中的表达率分别为32.00%(16/50)、56.00%(14/25)和80.00%(8/10),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。Skp2和p27的高表达与宫颈癌患者的年龄、临床分期、分化程度和组织学类型均无相关性(P>0.05)。Skp2和p27在宫颈癌中的表达呈负相关(r=-0.437,P<0.01)。[结论]Skp2和p27参与了正常宫颈组织向宫颈上皮内肿瘤的演变,可能与宫颈癌的发生和发展有关。 [Purpose] To investigate the expression of Skp2 and p27 in cervical carcinoma and its clinical significance.[Methods] The Skp2 and p27 expression in 50 cases with cervical carcinoma,25 cases with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and 10 cases with normal cervical tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry.[Results] The Skp2 positive rate in cervix carcinoma,CIN and normal cervical tissue was 86.00%(43/ 50),68.00%(17/25) and 30.00%(3/10) respectively with significant difference(P0.05).Positive expression rate of p27 in cervix carcinoma,CIN and normal cervical tissue was 32.00%(16/50),56.00%(14/25) and 80.00%(8/10) respectively with significant difference(P0.05).Clinicopathological analysis showed that the Skp2 and p27 overexpression was not associated with age,clinical stage,differentiation and histological type(P 0.05).There was a negative correlation between Skp2 and p27 expression(r=-0.437,P 0.01).[Conclusion] The Skp2 and p27 expression involves in progression from normal cervix to cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,and may be correlated to carcinogensis of cervical carcinoma.
