摘要
基于LabVIEW软件平台,开发了钢丝绳断丝损伤定量识别虚拟系统。该系统包括原始断丝损伤信号的数据采集和储存、波形回放、信号处理、数据库管理几个子系统,以模块化的方式构建了整个系统,各个功能模块既可以单独作用完成特定的模块功能又可以相互关联共同实现断丝的识别。通过实验室试验表明,以软件函数编程的方式实现的钢丝绳损伤定量识别虚拟系统可实现钢丝绳断丝损伤信号由采集、存储到消噪处理、特征量提取、损伤的定量识别以及损伤数据的管理整个过程,实现了钢丝绳断丝损伤检测的智能化,方便了工程中对钢丝绳损伤的诊断。
Based on LabVIEW software platform,virtual system about the quota recognition of broken wire damage is developed.Subsystems like data acquisition and storage,wave profile playbacking,signal processing and database management were included,the overall system is constructed by the modular way and each functional module both may alonely complete the specific function and realize the recognition of broken wire together.The laboratory tests are indicated that the virtual system by the software function programming's way realized the damage signal is acquired,stored,denoising processed,characteristic quantities extracted,damage quota recognized as well as data management.
