基于ZigBee技术的铝电解车间无线网络组建方案设计

摘要 针对铝电解车间无线通信组网的需求,提出了一种基于ZigBee技术的无线组网方案,详述了系统设计原理与软硬件的实现方法。系统采用无线通信模块CC2430,利用传感器采集数据,通过ZigBee实现对采集数据的无线发送和接收,实现了数据远程存储、上传等功能。设计具有组网灵活、低成本、功耗小、可靠性高等特点,适合于在铝电解车间内广泛应用。 Aimed at demanding of Wireless communication network for the aluminum plant,this paper proposes a wireless network solutions based on ZigBee technology,detailed description the principle of system design and implementation of hardware and software.System use CC2430 wireless communication module,employing sensor node to gather data,wireless sending and receiving data is achieved through the ZigBee module,and then achieve remote data storage,upload.
