This paper describes the temperature analog module FX2N-4AD-PT used in hot melt system.By Mitsubishi FX3U-32MT PLC module and temperature combination to achieve a system in four parts of the PID closed-loop temperature control,smooth heated hot melt adhesive,glue temperature is accurate,not easy to carbonization.High system stability,greatly improving production efficiency,ensures product quality.The system has been used in industrial production.
