摘要
介绍了国内外抽油泵的类型和特点,并分析了各自的优缺点。以获得专利的双作用滚柱转子泵结构为基础,优化了定子型线和转子槽型,改进了吸排液腔,设计了滚柱平衡装置。改进后有效地改善了滚柱的受力,提高了该型泵的效率和可靠性。
The advantage and the disadvantage of oil well pump,and the characteristic of domestic and foreign made oil well pump were discussed.The new type of multi stage and double-action roller rotary oil pump was developed which improves the force condition of roller,and pump efficiency and reliability are as follow：stator profile optimization,stator flow improvement,designing balance column,and the rotor slot optimization.
