摘要
随着油井数据自动采集技术的广泛实施,针对电泵井能耗问题,开发了利用实时采集的电泵井电参数、液量、井口压力、井筒测压等参数实时计算系统效率及能耗构成指标的计算模型。在油田应用20井次,基本明确了油井的系统损耗构成及油井的实时系统损耗构成,可为油田节能降耗提供实时数据支撑。
Along with real time attaining of data automatism of wells,aim at reduce electricity consumption,the paper establish a model used electricity parameter,flow rate,tubing pressure,pump pressure,to calculate efficiency and energy offshoot in real time.The model had been used in 20 wells and help the oilfield make clear energy offshoot of ESP wells and sustain decision-making of economizing energy.
