环型加热炉热工制度的优化研究

摘要 针对环型加热炉存在的料坯加热不均、轧制产品质量不稳定的问题,基于火焰炉热工理论,对环型加热炉炉膛结构、热工操作以及料坯的形状和规格、轧制工艺等进行了一系列分析。依据料坯的加热过程跟踪测试数据,结合环型加热炉的构造特点和圆坯加热特点、以及现行加热制度下的热工过程分析,制定了针对圆坯加热的新的热工制度,从而获得了缩短加热时间、提高温度均匀性的良好效果,很好地满足了圆坯料轧制的产量和质量要求。 This paper contraposes the problems such as the nouniform heating round billet material and the instability of the rolling product existed in an annular heating furnace, the ovens hearth structure, thermal system and operation, shape and specification of the round billet and the rolling technology were analyzed according to the thermodynamic fundamentals of flame furnace. Based on the test monitoring of heating process of the blank and the characteristics of the ovens hearth structure and the heating of round billet, a new thermal regulation was built up for the heating of round billet in the horizontal position. The results present that the heating time was shorten and the temperature uniformity of round billet was increased. The new strategy well satisfied the quality and the quantity request of rolling.
