摘要
针对一类新型空气加热炉系统,对炉内温度场进行有限元分析,利用Fluent软件进行数值模拟,根据仿真结果合理布置加热炉内壁的加热管位置,确定加热功率及单位面积的热流密度,达到温度场均匀性的要求。通过现场试验验证数值模拟结果的正确性,取得了较好的效果。
The interior temperature field of the heating stove are theoretically analyzed in this article. We make in-situ simulation about the interior temperature field with Fluent software, reasonably arrange the heating pipes on the inside wall of the stove and determine heating power as well as heat flow density. We have other experiments to verify the exactness of the data achieved from the above simulation process and the simulation is proved to be satisfying.
