摘要 为了实现工业微波加热器的智能控制,采用ADuC812单片机为核心处理器,结合FUZZY-PID算法设计了一套能够智能检测温度和凋节微波输出功率的控制系统,其主要原理是通过单片机实现串级FUZZY-PID算法构成智能控制系统的核心部分,辅以外围电路通过对温度的实时监测来实现智能控制磁控管的微波输出功率,从而调节了被加热物质的温度。该系统稳定性强、精度高,克服了传统PID控制超调量大,参数不易调整的缺点,非常适用于难以建立数学模型的非线性微波加热系统的控制,现已广泛应用于工业生产当中。 In order to realize intelligent contorl of industrial microwave heater, the system adopt ADuC812 as the core processor, combine with FUZZY-PID algorithmic to design the controlled system with the capability to infer temperature and control microwave power output in- telligently. The main principle is to complete FUZZY-PID in series with single chip so as to structure the core part of intelligent control. It has capability to inspect temperature real-time in order to control the power of microwave heating to change temperature with the help of circuit peripheral equipment. It's good for resolving non-liner problem of microwave heating has no math model with stronger stability and higher precision, smaller rebound and adjust parameter easier than PID. These facilities have been used in the field of industry manufacture.
