摘要
建立了变脉宽变周期脉冲燃烧控制模型,在某厂新建明火固溶炉上进行了脉冲燃烧试验。试验中通过改变脉冲持续时间、脉冲消隐时间两个控制参数,得到了脉冲燃烧控制参数与炉温控制精度的关系。建立的变脉宽变周期燃烧控制模型成功应用于在线生产,有效地提高了温度自动控制水平,取得了较好的使用效果。
The pulse combustion control model of variable pulse width with variable cycle period (VPW-VCP) was established. Based on the combustion control model, a combustion test for the parameters of the models was investigated in a new open-fire solution furnace for heat- treatment. Inthetest, the relation between the models' parameters and control accuracy offurnace temperature was obtained by pulse duration time and pulse blanking time changing. The VPW-VCP model was successfully used online with its high accuracy and stability proved in the test. The application result shows that the VPW-VCP model is able to improve the level of temperature automation effectively with its favorable performance proved.
