三相旋流分离器除砂脱气实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 设计了一种气-液-固三相旋流分离器样机,实验研究其一次性除砂率和脱气效率,分析了影响分离效率的因素。在小注气量和大注气量的情况下考察了除砂率和脱气率与溢流分流比和底流分流比之间的关系,结果表明:注气量对除砂率的影响并不大,但对脱气率的最佳分离效率起到了一定的限制作用。 The gas-liquid-solid cyclone separator prototype was designed,and degritting and degassing efficiency and factors bothering the separation were analyzed with experiments;the relationship between degritting/degassing-rate and overflow /underflow-split-rate was discussed based on small and large volume gas injection respectively.Test results show that the gas injection volume has certain restriction on degassing-rate,and the little influence on degritting-rate.
