宝安区2006~2010年围产儿先天性心脏病监测结果分析 被引量:6

Analysis on monitoring results of congenital heart disease of perinatal infants in Bao'an district of Shenzhen city from 2006 to 2010

摘要 目的:对深圳市宝安区5年围产儿先天性心脏病监测结果进行分析,为制定预防和干预措施或政策提供依据。方法:应用SPSS 13.0软件对宝安区2006~2010年围产儿出生缺陷监测资料进行统计分析。结果:5年间宝安区围产儿中共有926例先天性心脏病,其5年平均发生率为3.48‰,呈上升趋势(χ2=59.68,P<0.001);先天性心脏病合并其他畸形130例,占先天性心脏病的14.04%;单一类型的先天性心脏病前3位为动脉导管未闭、室间隔缺损、房间隔缺损。结论:先天性心脏病在出生缺陷构成比中居首位,诊断水平的提高和监测网络覆盖面的扩大是先天性心脏病发生率升高的主要原因;加大对流动人口的健康教育力度并进一步提高对先天性心脏病的监测能力,有利于降低先天性心脏病的发生率。 Objective:To analyze the monitoring results of congenital heart disease of perinatal infants in Bao'an district of Shenzhen city from 2006 to 2010,provide a basis for making preventive and interventional measures or strategies.Methods:SPSS 13.0 software was used for statistical analysis of monitoring data of birth defects of perinatal infants in Bao'an district of Shenzhen city from 2006 to 2010.Results:From 2006 to 2010,926 perinatal infants were diagnosed as congenital heart disease in Bao'an district of Shenzhen city,the total incidence was 3.48‰,showing a increasing trend(χ2=59.68,P0.001).130 perinatal infants were found with congenital heart disease combined with other deformities,accounting for 14.04% of all perinatal infants with congenital heart disease.The top three types of single congenital heart disease were patent ductus arteriosus,ventricular septal defect and atrial septal defect.Conclusion:The proportion of perinatal infants with congenital heart disease is the highest among the perinatal infants with birth defects,the improvement of diagnostic level and enlargement of covering surface of monitoring network are the main causes inducing the increase of incidence of congenital heart disease;enhancing health education among floating population and improving the monitoring ability to congenital heart disease are helpful to reduce the incidence of congenital heart disease.
