超声引导局部注射甲氨蝶呤联合中药治疗异位妊娠的临床研究

Clinical analysis on ultrasound-guided local injection of methotrexate combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的:探讨超声引导局部注射甲氨蝶呤(MTX)联合中药治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法:将67例患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组32例患者给予超声引导局部注射甲氨蝶呤40 mg同时配伍中药治疗,对照组35例患者给予甲氨蝶呤40 mg一次性肌肉注射。定期复查妇科超声、血HCG、血常规、肝肾功能等。结果:实验组的治愈率、输卵管通畅率明显高于对照组。血HCG下降至正常所需时间、不良反应发生情况、盆腔内包块吸收情况,实验组均优于对照组。结论:超声引导局部注射MTX联合中药治疗异位妊娠可提高治愈率,能够加速病灶吸收,缩短疗程,提高输卵管通畅率,最大限度地保留患者的生育能力。

Objective：To explore the curative effect of ultrasound-guided local injection of methotrexate（MTX） combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods：67 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.32 patients in experimental group were treated with ultrasound-guided local injection of MTX（40 mg） combined with traditional Chinese medicine,while 35 patients in control group were treated with one-time intramuscular injection of MTX（40 mg）.Gynecological ultrasonography,blood human chorionic gonadotropin（HCG）,routine blood test,liver function detection and renal function detection were reexamined regularly.Results：The curative rate and tubal patency rate in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group.The time of blood HCG return to normal level,the incidence of complications and absorption of pelvic mass in experimental group were better than those in control group.Conclusion：Ultrasound-guided local injection of methotrexate combined with traditional Chinese medicine can increase the curative rate,fasten focus absorption,shorten the course,increase the tubal patency rate and retain the reproductive ability to the greatest extent for the patients with ectopic pregnancy.
