脂联素基因多态性与多囊卵巢综合征的研究进展

摘要 脂联素(adiponectin)是脂肪细胞分泌的可以增强胰岛素敏感性血浆蛋白质,脂联素的基因多态性影响着血浆脂联素的浓度和胰岛素抵抗程度。由于胰岛素抵抗及高胰岛素血症是多囊卵巢综合征(polycysticovarysyndrome,PCOS)发病的重要环节,以下关于脂联素及其基因多态性与PCOS的相关联系及进展做一综述。
