摘要 通过对不同宽度及标距尺寸的2mm厚1Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢薄板进行拉伸试验,证明了Oliver公式比Bollu公式更适合该不锈钢薄板断后伸长率的描述,通过数据拟合得到了该不锈钢薄板的Oliver表达式为A=0.84((2^(1/S))0/L00).18,并通过断后伸长率的换算验证了该表达式的合理性。 The tensile tests of 1Cr18Ni9Ti austenitic stainless steel sheets specimens with different width and gauge length were conducted.Comparison with Bollu equation,it was certificated that Oliver equation is more appropriate to describe the percentage elongation after fracture(A) of this material.Oliver expression of this kind of stainless sheet was yielded by data fitting,and that was A=0.84((2~1/S)0/L0)0.18.And the rationality of this fitted expression was verified through conversion of percentage elongation after ftacture.
