摘要
由于传统无刷双馈电机定、转子具有不同的极对数,其耦合能力差,进而影响电机的效率、输出转矩和功率密度等,提出了一种具有盘式结构的新型无刷双馈电机,并在此基础上推导出盘式无刷双馈电机的数学模型.运用Matlab语言编制了盘式无刷双馈电机的通用仿真程序,得到电机在不同运动状态下的运行特性,并对其进行实验验证,为研究该种电机提供了理论参考.通过仿真结果分析表明,这种新型电机非常适用于风机泵类负载的调速,具有较广的应用前景.
For the problems that the stator and rotor of conventional BDFM have different pole number and the coupling capability is worse,which will affect the efficiency,output torque and power density of the BDFM,a novel brushless doubly-fed machine with disk structure was presented,and the mathematical model of the DBDFM was derived.The general simulation program for the DBDFM was compiled with Matlab language,and the operating characteristics of the motor in different motion states were obtained.The experimental validation was performed to provide the theoretical reference for the research of this motor.The analysis of simulation results shows that the DBDFM is suitable for the timing of windmill or water pump and has wide application prospect.
