摘要
生产活性石灰的套筒石灰窑在产品质量、能耗、成本等各方面较传统的竖窑都有较大优越性,而其在国内的应用尚不广泛。本文基于济南钢铁股份有限公司自德国引进的套筒石灰窑技术,根据实际情况对电气控制系统进行了再设计。工程采用西门子S7-400作为主控制系统,进行软硬件系统设计和多项技术优化处理,在实际应用中取得了较好的成效。
Compared with the conventional shaft kiln,the sleeve-limekiln greatly prevails in terms of its higher quality,lower energy consumption and lower cost.However,it has not yet been widely used in China by now.On the basis of Sleeve-Limekiln technologies introduced from Germany by Jigang Group and in accordance with the actual conditions,we redesigned the electricalcontrol-system.In the project,we use the Siemens S7-400 as the master control unit,redesign the software and hardware according to the system requirement and optimize a variety of technologies As a result,remarkable results have been achieved in practical applications.
