服务外包标准化的现状与对策

服务外包市场前景好、规模大、发展快,是国际产业转移和布局的新趋势,积极融入此趋势必将有利于我国中小企业的产业转型。服务外包的实现前提是标准,且运行效率取决于企业标准化的水平。目前国际服务外包标准的数量不多且均由美欧主导,我国企业的服务外包标准化意识与能力均较弱,影响了我国服务外包行业的发展。为此,需要我国各级政府高度重视、分类引导,积极培育企业的标准化意识和能力,为我国顺利实现经济转型奠定基础。

Play a proactive role in the trend would inevitably help our small and medium-sized enterprises on their industrial transformation. Realization and performance of outsourcing services are all based on standardization. However, there are inadequate standards and their establishment is led by the United States and European countries. And awareness and ability of standardization in our enterprises are weak which influence the development of this industry. Considering the facts above, governments of all levels shall attach great importance to it and guide enterprises in accordance with their different business domains, in an effort to nurture enterprises＇ awareness and ability of standardization and lay a solid foundation for the successful economic restructuring.
