江西栀子多糖的含量测定及比较

Determination of Polysaccharide in Gardenia Jasminoides Ellis of Jiangxi

目的:测定栀子药材中多糖的含量以及比较不同产地栀子多糖的含量差异。方法:采用紫外分光光度法进行测定。结果:以葡萄糖为标准品,葡萄糖浓度在4.0～24.0μg/ml线性关系良好,方法精密度、重复性、加样回收率、稳定性均良好,3批栀子多糖的平均含量为6.59%。江西临川产栀子多糖的含量最高。结论:该方法操作简便,结果可靠,重复性好,可作为中药栀子多糖含量测定的方法。

Objective： To determine the Gardenia jasminoides Ellis polysaccharide and to compare different areas of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis polysaccharide difference.Methods： By UV spectrophotometry.Results： glucose as standard,glucose concentration in the 4.0 ~ 24.0 μg / ml a good linear relationship,the method precision,reproducibility,recovery,stability are good,three batches of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis polysaccharide the average content of 6.59%.Conclusion： The method is simple,reliable,reproducible,and can be used to determine the content of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis polysaccharide.
