Progress on Anti-Colon Carcinoma Mechanism of Active Ingredients in Traditional Chinese Medicine

某些中药及天然药物来源的成分具有肯定的抗结肠癌作用,它们可以通过调控基因表达抑制细胞增殖及诱导细胞凋亡、作用于肿瘤细胞的细胞周期、诱导细胞凋亡并阻断细胞周期等途径发挥抗结肠癌作用,其结构各异,为探索抗肿瘤新药研发提供了依据,并为药物结构的修饰奠定了基石。

There are some active ingredients in traditional Chinese medicine and natural medicine with a certain role in anti-Colon Carcinoma through a variety of different mode of action in tumor cells cycle,including regulation of gene expression,inhibition of cell proliferation,induction of apoptosis,blocking cell cycle and so on.In addition,these effective ingredients have different structures.These findings provided basis for the development of antineoplastic drug and laid the foundation for the drug structure modification.
