摘要
小容量锂离子单体电池的比能量达140 Wh/kg,外推法预测的循环寿命达1 000次,大容量动力型锂离子电池组与之相比差很多。原因在于:锂离子电池对充电终止电压敏感,终止电压相差2.4%就会引起电池组循环寿命很大的变化;电池组中单体电池的差异只能减小而不能消除。解决上述差异的关键不是组装技术,而是要加强锂离子电池的基础研究。
The small capacity Li-ion single battery exhibited 140 Wh/kg of specific energy and 1 000 cycles of cycle life predicted by extrapolation, the large capacity power Li-ion battery group was much poorer than it. The reasons were as follows: Li-ion battery was sensitive to the charging terminal voltage,2.4% difference of terminal charge voltage would make great changes of cycle life; the differences between single battery could only be decreased as possible,but couldn't be removed. The key to resolve the difference would not be battery assembly technology, but the basic research for Li-ion battery.
