顶装焦炉装煤孔底座的改进

Improvement of the Underplate of the Coal Charging Hole of the Top-Charged Coke Oven

针对原顶装焦炉装煤孔底座存在的使用寿命短、更换劳动强度大的问题,提出了装煤孔底座的改进措施:通过改进装煤孔底座的外形和材质,来延长备件的使用寿命,提高备件的性价比,节省备件费用;同时装煤孔底座外形的改变可方便更换,降低了劳动强度。

Revamping measures for the underplate of the coal charging hole of the top-charged coke oven was proposed in this paper to address its problem of short service time and great labor intensity to replace it. To modify its configuration and change its material of construction, the lifetime of the spare parts could be extended, and their cost performance improved, consequently, the cost of the spare parts could be saved to a great extent. Besides, modifying the configuration of the underplate could make it easier to replace it, and the labor intensity involved could be decreased.
