基于两个FBG的F-P半导体激光器自激注入锁定

摘要 提出了基于两个光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)的Fabry-Perot(F-P)半导体激光器自激注入锁定以获得拍频信号的实验方案。在该系统中,直流驱动F-P半导体激光器,自激注入锁定通过两个自制的光纤布拉格光栅作为反馈元件实现。在9.17nm的调谐范围内实验获得边模抑制比接近或高于27dB的双波长输出。该方案系统简单,成本低廉。 A simple self-seeding injection-locking scheme of Fabry-Perot semiconductor was demonstrated for dual-wavelength generation with enhanced sidemode suppression ratio. In this system, Fabry-Perot semiconductor is driven by direct current and two self-made fiber Bragg gratings are used as the feedback components. The sidemode suppression ratio of the dualwavelength output is obtained to be better than 27 dB in the tuning range of 9.17 nm.
