摘要
以柔性制造系统中数控设备为制造单元并作为控制对象,以实现CAD/CAM/CAPP智能化、集成化地制造。通过分析网络化环境下数控设备远程运行与故障诊断系统的特点,提出该系统的体系结构,使用BP神经网络进行数控设备的故障诊断,阐述了基于BP神经网络和专家系统混合的神经网络故障诊断专家系统的基本原理,并分析了基于EJB的数控设备远程运行与故障诊断系统的软件实现方法。
Aimed at CNC equipment in flexible manufacturing system as a manufacturing unit and become the object of control,in order to achieve CAD/CAM/CAPP intelligent and integrated manufacturing.Through the analysis of the network environment CNC equipment long-distance running and fault diagnosis system characteristics,this paper proposes the system structure,using BP neural network fault diagnosis of CNC equipment,this paper expounds the basic principle of BP neural network and expert system hybrid neural network fault diagnosis expert system,and analyzes on the EJB CNC equipment long-distance running and fault diagnosis system software realization method.
