柴油机电动EGR控制执行机构运动仿真分析

摘要 在汽车排放出的几种污染物中,氮氧化物(NOx)是较难控制的一种。采用废气再循环技术(EGR)降低氮氧化物(NOx)排放已被证实是较有效的措施,而且技术改动小,设计自由度大,因而日益受到了人们的重视。EGR系统的作用是将部分废气引出排气系统再送入进气系统,并对废气量进行最佳的控制与调节,以降低NOx排放。使用Pro/E对电动EGR阀进行实体建模,通过Pro/E运动仿真测量出实际开度值和电机转角之间的关系,从而建立标定系统。 During the several pollutants of automotive emissions,nitrogen oxides(NOx)is more difficult to control.The use of exhaust gas recirculation technology(EGR)to reduce nitrogen oxides(NOx)emissions have been proved to be a more effective measure,which just causes small technical changes,and have more freedom in design.So this technology has been paid more and more attention.The function of EGR system is to take part of the exhaust gas out of exhaust system and then send it into the intake system,and doing the best control and regulation for the emissions to reduce NOx emissions.This paper uses Pro/E on the electric EGR valve modeling,to measure the actual motion simulation opening value and the relationship between motor rotation in order to establish calibration system.
