摘要
随着我国不锈钢产业的快速发展,对铬铁的需求也相应越来越大,而世界上高品位铬矿正日益减少,我国为铬资源短缺国家。针对此种情况,详细介绍了几种铬矿预还原工艺,并给出了相应的数据;低品位铬矿经预还原用于生产铬铁可以取得较好的经济益;同时是解决铬矿短缺,提高经济效益的必要措施。
In the last few years, stainless steel industry developed rapidly in our country, the demand of ferrochrome was more and more, but high grade chrome ore reduced day by day in the world, China is a country that chromium resources constrained. According to this instance, this paper introduced several kinds of technology of chrome ore prereduction in detail and gave corresponding data. Low grade chrome ore could be used in ferrochrome production after prereduction and obtained better economic benefit. Low grade chrome ore prereduction treating technology was necessary measure for the chrome ore shortage and better economic benefit.
