摘要
介绍了30 MVA硅钙电炉冶炼生产情况以及在设备选型、原料选用、炉渣控制、炉衬结构等方面的经验教训。生产实践表明,大型硅钙电炉生产技术工艺稳定,冶炼周期长,能耗降幅大,产品杂质含量低,经济指标良好。
This paper introduced the experience and lessons of smelting production status of 30 MVA silico-calcium electric furnace and equipment selection, raw material selection, slag control, lining structure. The produetion practice indicated, production technology of large-scale silico-ealcium electric furnace was steady, smelting cycle was long, energy consumption decreased more, impurity content of product was low, economic indicator was better.
