摘要
用于铁合金和电石行业所生产的矿热炉产品,就其电极结构形式,不论是自焙电极还是炭素电极,在设计上均采用上下抱闸瓦结构形式控制电极壳下放与固定,即电极压放装置。电极压放装置其主要功能是靠等分闸瓦夹紧定位电极壳(使自焙电极或炭素电极固定在特定位置处)以达到电极弧光加热燃烧融化媒介之目的。文章所阐述的是以新工艺手段从根本上改变原工艺难以达到的精度、效果的方法。
Used for submerged arc fumace products produced by ferroalloy and calcium carbide industry, as for the electrode structure form, whether the self-baked electrode or carbon electrode, up and down embrace brake shoe structure form is adopted in the design to control the down-pass and fixation of electrode shell, namely, electrode slipping device. Its main function is relying on equant brake shoe to clamp the localizing electrode shell so as to achieve the aim of beating, burning and melting the medium with electrode arc light. The paper states that the new process has fundamentally changed the precision and effect that the primary process is unable to achieve.
